All of our furniture is of a contemporary style, and recently installed… it is in great shape! Each bedroom has closet space with ample hangers as well as drawer/shelf space. We have furnished every sleep sofa with the highest quality sofabed mattress on the market.
Decor
You can accuse us of going overboard with thematic décor, but you definitely can’t say
our homes are generic!

Every home* includes dedicated FREE parking, as well as street parking that is free and unrestricted.

Kitchen
Each kitchen is stocked with enough glasses/dishes/utensils for the capacity of the
home – even if a few items are in the dishwasher! You’ll find lots of extras like a
blender, Tupperware for leftovers, a full set of sharp knives, etc.
Electronic Locks
Every home has an electronic lock. YOU choose the code which will be programmed for
the duration of your stay. You receive simple user instructions before arrival. No
need to see us for keys. And share your code with your companions so no one is ever
locked out.
Baggage
We endeavor to be flexible in providing early check-in or late check-out. When our
housekeeping schedule prevents us from extending your time in our home, we are happy
to securely store your bags for you.
24/7 Maintenance
Unlike most private rental homes, we have maintenance on site 7 days a week. If
anything happens, give us a call. Our dedicated team will tend to your request the
same day or the following morning.
Smoke Free
Each rental property has a strict no smoking policy both inside and outside the unit.
