Continuing from the kitchen is the living room, featuring a large picture window and furnished with a queen sleeper sofa (very comfortable mattress!), DirectTV and a DVD player.

There is a full-size washer dryer available for your use on the lower level of the home.

Bathroom 2: Located on the basement level of the home this bathroom has a unique layout including a shower room. Please note this bathroom is bright green, quirky, and rustic.

ACCESS
Access to the home is provided without a cumbersome lock box or key exchange. Instead, you will choose a 4 digit code, and the electronic lock to the home will be programmed to work for the duration of your stay.

You will have access to the entire home, including garage parking for one car (and plentiful free street parking for additional vehicles).

THE NEIGHBORHOOD 
Columbia City is a diverse neighborhood offering a global food and culture scene. It's one of Seattle's eight historic districts and has its own unique character with a perfect blend of elegant homes and quaint mom-and-pop stores including -- boutiques, restaurants, bakeries, ice cream shops, and bookstores all within walking distance. The neighborhood also has a gourmet grocery store - PCC Community Market - offering locally sourced ingredients. Columbia City has great access to public transportation including its own light rail station which leads North to the city center. 

The home is located two blocks from Onda a great coffee shop, Emma's BBQ a local favorite, and Hill City Tap House. 

Seward Park is just a 5 minute drive from Columbia City and features 300 acres of gorgeous hiking trails through old growth forest, a 2.4 mile bike and walking path, beaches, summer outdoor theater productions and a playground. 

Another stunning attraction in this neighborhood is 6-mile public pathway along Lake Washington's shores with views of the surrounding mountains on clear days.
