About This Home

This home sits near the southern end of Lake Washington, featuring 50 feet of waterfront and its own boat dock.  (This home is strictly BYOB: Bring your own boat)

Enjoy the stunning view through all four seasons, not just from outside, but also from the picture windows of your living room.  Sip your coffee, read a book, and enjoy the beautiful surroundings for which Seattle is acclaimed.  You will forget that your retreat is an oasis right in a city!

The space
Inside the home, the main floor has the eat-in kitchen, plus a separate dining area with stunning picture windows overlooking the lake.  This room is open to the living room, which features a queen sleeper sofa.  Also on this floor is a master bedroom with queen bed, and an en-suite full bathroom.

There is a second bathroom on the main floor.  This 5 piece bathroom features a deep soaking tub with wonderful water views.

Up one flight of stairs you will find two additional bedrooms, one with a king bed and other with a queen bed, and a third full bathroom.

The backyard features a BBQ and outdoor dining table, 50 feet of frontage to Lake Washington, and a boat dock. 


Guest access
Access to the home is provided without a cumbersome lock box or key exchange. Instead, you will choose a 4 digit code, and the electronic lock to the home will be programmed work your code for the duration of your stay.

You will have access to the entire home, including garage parking for one car (and plentiful free street parking for additional vehicles).

Your hosts, Andy and Lynne, live nearby. We are here to welcome you and help you with any of your needs during your stay. We are happy to offer you advice for sightseeing and restaurant recommendations.

Guests will receive, in advance, our comprehensive homemade visitors' guide to Seattle, packed with our personal recommendations for dining, activities, and much more.

Do you plan to cook during your stay? By special advanced arrangement (depending on availability), we will fulfill your grocery list and have your home stocked for your arrival.

The neighborhood
This 3 bedroom home is situated on a quiet lakefront road in the Rainier Beach neighborhood.  Rainier Beach features some of Seattle's most renowned parks, playgrounds and pools, as well as numerous outstanding restaurants.  Despite its idyllic location, this home is an easy hop to all of the tourist highlights in Seattle, as well as to the cities on the Eastside of the lake.

Off-peak weekday: $250-350
Off-peak weekend: $300-400
Off-peak holiday: $350-450
Summer weekday: $500-650
Summer weekend: $575-750
Summer holiday*: $700-850

Extra guest fee: $25 per night for each guest above 8
Cleaning fee: $225
Refundable security deposit: $1,000
Discounts are available for stays over 30 days

*Summer holidays include Memorial Day, July 4, Seafair, and Labor Day. Graduation weekend is priced above these dates and will require a 4 night minimum stay.
