The Best Vacation Rental Locations Throughout Seattle

Seattle is a Pacific Northwest gem. With so many great things to see and do in the city, it can be hard to choose the perfect location for your Washington State holiday. We’ve done the heavy lifting for you and have properties in great locations throughout the city.

For a quiet family-friendly getaway with plenty of single family homes and townhomes, we recommend you browse our properties in Madison Valley. All of these properties are walking distance to amazing restaurants, grocery stores, day spas, parks, and more.

West of Madison Valley is the vibrant and diverse neighborhood of Capitol Hill. House rentals in Capitol Hill are ideal for people looking to enjoy great nightlife, unique coffee shops, and thrift stores you won’t find anywhere else. From Capitol Hill, it’s a short drive or walk to all of the downtown Seattle hotspots like Pioneer Square, Pike Place Market, the Seattle Aquarium, and the Seattle Art Museum.

Queen Anne is a hidden gem of a neighborhood most guests in town don’t consider but definitely should. This affluent neighborhood sits on a hill, giving you great views of the city and even Mount Rainier. It’s home to the Space Needle, the Seattle Center, and Chihuly Garden.

Head even farther north for the bohemian neighborhood of Fremont. Here you’ll be able to browse indie shops and sip drinks at hip bars. This quirky neighborhood is ideal for someone who’d like to get off the beaten path while visiting the Emerald City. Northeast of Fremont is another trendy area of town, Ballard. Ballard is a cool waterfront neighborhood that mixes plenty of city amenities with great outdoor activities.

On the other hand, head directly west from downtown Seattle to West Seattle, the tranquil neighborhood surrounded on three sides by Puget Sound. For more access to nature, beaches, like the most popular Alki Beach, and a close-knit community vibe, you’ll love the house rentals here.

Lastly, we recommend you head southeast from downtown Seattle to Columbia City and the Lake Washington area if you’re looking for a quieter place to stay. This area is primarily residential but you’ll still have plenty of great restaurants, shops, and cafes to enjoy. Enjoy the water views and cozy rentals in this area.
